  • 3,5% ROI over 3 years and 7-tier dividend (70% of the hotel's profits) for the following years


For a limited amount of time:

  • ​Property transfer tax (IMT) - €19.200 - supported by the developer

  • Renovation tax VAT - €9.600 - supported by the developer so the Investor saves €24.800 (reno tax + IMT)

  • Will be managed by a top hotel operator brand
